Personal data processing and legal basis
Personal data processing is carried out to achieve the purpose set out in this privacy policy, including to realize the legitimate interests of SIA “RUNDMAN” (to carry out commercial activities), to comply with the requirements of regulatory enactments regarding the receipt, processing, storage, transfer, etc. of “personal data” of natural persons, as well as to comply with the requirements of regulatory enactments regulating consumer rights.
The duration of personal data storage depends on the term regulated by the regulatory enactment or the term specified in the concluded contract, or the term regulated by SIA “RUNDMAN”. Personal data is not stored longer than is necessary to fulfill the requirements of regulatory enactments, taking into account the legitimate interests of SIA “RUNDMAN”. In the event of circumstances when the processing/storage of personal data is not necessary - personal data is deleted.
Personal data processing is carried out using specialized and secure software to ensure secure processing and storage of personal data, using antivirus programs (“firewalls”) and using other technological solutions. Personal data is protected by access systems and special software.
Transfer of personal data
Personal data is not transferred to third countries (countries that are not EU and/or EEA countries).
Personal data may be transferred to SIA “RUNDMAN” cooperation (including outsourcing companies) partners, service providers (operators) and authorized legal entities, individuals (lawyers, advocates). Personal data is transferred securely, using secure software and technologies. Personal data is transferred only to the extent necessary to fulfill the legal and legitimate interests of SIA “RUNDMAN”. Payment processing is provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, therefore our company transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the platform owner Maksekeskus AS.

Access to personal data
A natural person may access their personal data on the basis of a written application, in compliance with the requirements of the regulatory enactments governing personal data, the requirements of the regulatory enactments governing the acceptance and consideration of applications, by sending (by post: SIA “ RUNDMAN ”, Berzaunas 11a, Riga, LV-2015, Latvia) or by submitting a written application to the section "Support".
When submitting an application, a natural person is obliged to identify themselves to the extent necessary/to such an extent that SIA “ RUNDMAN ” would be able to verify that the applicant of the written application is the person whose data they are requesting.
